I help new insurance agents not only survive but thrive their first year. There is an 11% two year retention rate in the industry.
What's your vision?
The product I need a design for is a book titled "New Agent - First Year Survival Kit." It will be in a 3 ring binder with a cover page that can be inserted. I also need the spine insert, and a label for the CDs that will be included in the kit. I want a common theme between all three. Please use the theme of survival. It could be jungle survival, desert survival, modeled after the TV Show Survivor, etc. I can see a man in a dress shirt that is shredded and dirty coming out of the jungle. He looks distressed and desperate. I want this quote on there prominently: "Only 11% of new insurance agents survive their first two years. This kit will make sure you aren't in the 89% that fail out of the industry." Creativity is definitely encouraged.
