hyperink needed a new banner ad design and created a contest on 99designs.
A winner was selected from 45 designs submitted by 16 freelance designers.
Ebooks
We're a digital publishing startup. We create content websites in career and education (eg, college admissions, business jobs, law jobs, etc). We work directly with experts in each category to write and publish the content, and sell ebooks based on that content.
Our target audience varies depending on the category, but most of them are well-educated, information hungry, young (18-35), and male.
We're looking for a header banner for each of the following categories:
-How to get into Ivy League universities (Text: "Ivy League Admissions"); live site: http://www.ivyleagueadmissions.org
-How to get a technology patent (Text: "Patent Secrets")
-How to get a great job after law school (Text: "Work For Top Law Firms"); live site: http://www.lawschoolalum.com
-How to get a management consulting job in India (Text: "Management Consulting in India"); live site: http://www.indianconsulting.org
-How to get into a top 10 MBA school (Text: "Get A Top 10 MBA"); live site: http://www.toptenMBA.org
The ideal designer will be one that can move fast while not sacrificing quality. Think in terms of templates - we're looking to create many more than just these 5 sites and the more you can templatize the look/feel, the faster you can create them.
We are not necessarily looking for perfect design - "good enough" will do for now :)
We like something that is eye-catching, with a little color, but not too loud. Each banner must include the text explicitly noted above.
Opportunity for more work if fit is good!
Output: PSD format. If you use AI as well, please send that too, but the final file should be in PSD
Dimensions for header banner: 852 width by 125 height
