iPhone App - Math Game - Cupcake Store

I want to build a math iPhone game. The idea is that you own a cupcake store. Customers come to your cupcake store to buy cupcakes. Each customer has a math problem associated with them. If you answer the math question correctly, then the customer gets a cupcake and is happy and leaves. I am attaching a screenshot of a math game I am developing with the same concept but it is a math warrior game. But I would like similar elements in this game. The designs I am looking for is 1) A main menu screen with buttons for Play Now, Create A Test, Options, More Apps 2) A question and answer screen similar to the attached Math Attack image where you see the Question, the Customer, the cupcake store owner, and the buttons to answer the question I don't have any graphics in mind, but I'd like a cute cartoonish feel...
